| International Key Account Manager Automotive Aftermarket (dutch/ English Language) We're looking for a sales driven professional with international B2B experience and excellent Dutch and English language skills (French is a plus). As Key Accountmanager you will be part of the European subsidiary located in IJsselstein of an international company based in the United States. This organization is the worlds largest supplier of battery testers and diagnostic charging for lead acid batteries. The company provides products to nearly all of the automotive, heavy truck, and motor sports vehicle manufacturers, in addition to numerous battery manufacturers, distributors and dealers in the world. In this position you will be part of the Aftermarket Sales team of 4 colleagues. In your role as International Key Account Manager Major Accounts you will be responsible for different types of customers. Your accounts can be divided in two groups: 1: the international service providers B2B 2: the international orientated Automotive buying groups and Automotive Concept suppliers Because of the nature of this type of business it is necessary understand the customers needs. A well structured working method is a must in this line of work. For making these strategies you will have to analyze statistics, set up promotions, etc. For all these activities you will intensively cooperate with your colleagues, from the Operations department, Product Management , Marketing and fellow sales colleagues. You will report directly to the Aftermarket Sales Manager. Responsibilities: - Formulating the sales and marketing strategy for your Accounts; - Creating new business opportunities; - Become a strategic business partner; - Improve turnover and margin. | Key Account Manager International Accounts - To operate fully within the context of the international agreements between Lyreco and the specific accounts in the Key Account Manager's portfolio. - To maximize sales, profitability and penetration in The Netherlands of the international account portfolio assigned to the Key Account Manager. - To maximize customer satisfaction in close co-operation with the International Account Manager and the back-office, being all internal departments that directly or indirectly impact a successful interaction with the customer. - To professionally represent Lyreco in case of deviations on the customer's side from the agreed terms, taking into account both Lyreco's and the customer's interests. - To successfully implement new international contracts as they have been won by the International New Business Developer and assigned to the Key Account Manager by sales management. - To ensure that all predefined administration is managed, filed and reported in a timely and accurate manner. - To ensure that all customers within the portfolio receive a three-monthly review of their business according to the details of the contract with those clients. - To ventilate towards the internal organization through the proper channels any customer complaint and any area of reactive or pro-active improvement in the co-operation with the client, and to take responsibility for the follow-up on this by the respective department head(s). - To actively identify and work on areas of personal development, on the basis of frequent evaluation & evolution meetings with sales management. - To keep expenses within the boundaries of the budget as allocated. - To actively participate in Sales Team meetings. - To participate in any special project.
