Als storingscoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de hele planning rondom het oplossen van storingen bij onze klanten. Jouw werk bestaat onder meer uit het aantsturen van de storingsmonteurs die dagelijks bij onze opdrachtgevers rioolverstoppingen oplossen. Je draagt tevens zorg voor de administratieve afwikkeling rondom de storingsplanning. Daarnaast communiceer je met opdrachtgevers over de opvolging van storingen. 	Urban Planner Department Petrochemical Pipeline Services is an international operating pipeline service provider and on behalf of SABIC Europe in charge of the operation, management and maintenance of six cross country pipelines. Through these pipelines SABIC and other petrochemical companies in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are provided with raw materials and chemicals (e.g. naphtha and ethylene). Within the Department of Environmental & Third Party Affairs, we are currently looking for an Urban Planner, who will be working within the Netherlands and Belgium; he will be stationed in Urmond (the Netherlands). The main purpose of the function is: securing the undisturbed right of way condition of the transport pipelines, now and in the future. The Challenge Detecting relevant urban and rural planning developments and related new legislation in the Belgian en Dutch official gazettes (‘Belgische Staatsblad’ and ‘Nederlandse Staatscourant’). Studying (government) plans and repelling possible resulting threats. Writing reports regarding Right of Way matters. Establishing and updating the status of the legal position of the pipelines in the Netherlands and Belgium. Preparing and managing contracts with third parties. Analyzing / updating and processing notarial deeds and cadastral information. Making (financial) agreements - spoken and written - with owners of public and private property and (re)establishing of rights. Monitoring and managing land use projects. Informing landowners and government agencies in the Netherlands and Belgium concerning the location of the pipelines (e.g. regarding zoning plans and safety zoning). Your Profile Knowledge on HBO-level of Right of Way matters (e.g. law and legislation) with several years experience. Affinity with GIS systems and safety zoning of pipelines is a plus. Good interpersonal skills. Good written and oral communication skills. In possession of a driving license. Knowledge of process installations or willingness to acquire this knowledge by study.
