In the position of Account Manager your main activity and goal is entering, managing and developing long term relationships with buyers and purchasing managers of the top 500 producers in the components industry(Automotive / IT / Electronics). You'll face daily challenges such as setting up and orchestrating complex deals, negotiating price and delivery, and gleaning market information that gives you an edge by getting there first . You know how to get your contacts on the phone, know what they are busy with and responsible for and, most important, know how to convince them of doing business with you. Whenever and wherever there is a shortage or a surplus of electronics, computer products or peripherals you'll appear as their expert in sourcing, procurement, disposition and distribution. You mainly focus on the selling part, that's your thing. But of course, you keep an eye on the right terms of transportation and delivery and you`ll take steps when necessary. Educatie: We are looking for: money driven, sales personalities with an exceptional sense of creating business. born merchants with 4+ years of solid selling experience Preferably evidence showing you have been a number one producer. Exceptional relationship building skills, High intelligence and energy level Exceptional communication skills. Fluent in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages + German.

| Electronic Engineer As Electronic Engineer you will be responsible for the product definition of electronic products/ key components in the development, realisation and aftercare of innovative products in the areas of Mother & Child Care and Personal Care: * You develop new and optimize existing product concepts within cross-functional teams. Or you lead and control outsourcing of these activities. * You do, or lead, the detail design of key components, and you support their realization. * You participate and lead as competence resource in multi-partner cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. * You support function development via defining and realizing models and test set-ups. * You manage the Product Documentation (the BOM and the Design History File). * You do the root-cause analysis of production problems and consumer complaints. * Your scope is international so some travelling, sometimes for several weeks, is part of this job.
